Le Author’s Note: I’ve decided that there will be no vote for the next generation of puppies. I’ve already decided on who’s going to be their heir but I’m debating on two kids for the heir of the sim part. There will be a vote for those two. In gen 3 I promise there will be a voting part for both though.

Ezra’s POV: “And that’s why when unplugging appliances, you should never grab it by the cord.” I say.
“Haha Ezra, you’re so funny. I said a good story.” Liberty says to me with a slight smile on her face.
“Yeah but this one was bound to put you to sleep. Now don’t you feel sleepy?” I ask her and she lets out a yawn.
“Yep, I was right. As usual. Now go to bed. We all have to get up for school you know.”
“Ok, ok. Night Ezra.” She says laying her head down.
“Night kiddo.”
I waited for a few moments before planting a kiss on her head to make sure she was asleep. When I did i heard yelling downstairs. Must’ve meant Eihime was home and dad was waiting up for her. I listened to their conversation for a few moments until I heard Ei’s footsteps coming up the stairs and then I slid into my room and acted like I was sleeping. It’s not that I don’t love my sister, because trust me, I love all of them. It’s just that Ei has changed over the years. She isn’t so sweet anymore. As a matter of fact, mom says shes like her when she was Ei’s age. When Ei poked her head in my door I stiffened and waited for her to leave. Soon, I drifted off to sleep.
I woke up the next morning before my alarm. Rushing, I put on my clothes and brush my teeth. Avoiding Eihime would be impossible but at least I didn’t have to deal with her when she wakes up.
“Hello, Ezra. My twin brother.”
“Morning Eihime.” I say not looking at her.
“I knew you weren’t asleep last night.” she says.
“I have no idea what you’re talking about dear sister.”
“Don’t play dumb. You aren’t as graceful as you think you know. I heard you go into your room when I was coming up the stairs.”
“Sigh, you know how you get when dad stays up for you.”
“Yeah well. You could’ve still been there for me… I hate it when he stays up.” she says crossing her arms. I laugh at her pouty-ness.
“Dad just wants you to be successful in life… you know like not staying out after curfew or actually doing your homework for once.”
“Hey, I do my homework! Just with most of your help… at least I ace the tests.”
“That won’t cut it for long Ei… where’s the triplets?” I ask.
“They should be coming. They were just finishing breakfast when I left out.”
“Oh, ok.” I say and we wait for a few more minutes in silence until the triplets showed up.
“By the way, I’m hanging out with Dallas after school.” Ei says.
“Which means you’re staying out late again?” Jay asks from the back.
“Maybe Jay. Maybe not.” Ei says with a devilish smile on her face and I sigh. She’ll never learn.

Eihime’s POV:
Dallas and I have been friends since I can remember. We met in the 2nd grade and became fast friends. He was always the shy one, but I never minded that. In my eyes, it made him a thousand times cuter.
“Hi Dallas, how’s it going?” I say in a flirty tone making him blush.
“Oh you know… it’s going. I wish you wouldn’t use that tone with me. You know how I get.” he says.
“That’s exactly why I do it. Why don’t you just kiss me already? It won’t hurt.”
“Because that would mess up our friendship! Jeez Eihime think!”
“I am thinking. You aren’t.” I say and grab him.
“Dallas, I want you to be mine ok? Mine alone. Is that so much to ask?”
“Well no but Eihime, think about how awkward that would be…” he says with a slight smile. As much as he didn’t want to admit it, he wanted to be with me as much as I wanted to be with him. There was only one problem.
“It won’t be awkward! We’re best friends you know and it was pretty much love at first sight… you’re just afraid of my dad aren’t you?” I laugh.
“What guy isn’t afraid of your dad? Or mom. I mean come on, they’re badasses. I feel unworthy.” Dallas laughs along with me.
“Hmph. The only guys unworthy of me are the ones I hate. Which you are not.” I playfully tug at his hair.
“Plus… you’re the only person I know to wear glasses even though they don’t need them.”
“Fashion statement Ei, it’s a fashion statement.” he says and takes them off which kinda transforms him into a different person. “Hey, since we’re at this festival thing, you wanna play some games?”
“Sure, I don’t have anything to do but hang out with you.” I say walking over to the dance area.
“I said games not dancing.”
“Dancing is like a game, you win you lose. Now show me your moves.” I say and start dancing. Dallas joined in and I laughed at his dance moves and he just smiled along. We danced until it was starting to get dark, then we played horseshoes for a little while.
“Hey Dallas, I should get going. I really don’t feel like getting yelled at again.” I say.
“Haha, right right. Your dad does have a meltdown every time you’re out passed 8. I’ll walk you ok?”
“Thanks Dal, you’re sweet.” I say and kiss him on the cheek. It’s always cute to see him blush when I do things like that. I laugh and start jogging back home.
“Hey wait! I said walk not jog!” I heard Dallas call after me, instead of slowing down I pick up the pace. I felt super giddy and he could tell because when he caught up to me he had a certain look in his eyes that said ‘everything is going to be ok’. I smile even bigger. Dallas is the only person in the world I know who makes me smile so much.

Liberty’s POV:
It’s been a few years since we all learned that Eihime and Dallas were dating. And in those few years everyone’s got a little older and wiser I would say. Although my siblings and I are all really close, as we got older we started drifting apart, doing our own things.
Jay stays in his room blasting music and I think writing stories. He’s even more reserved to himself now. Even Ezra can’t get him to talk much.
Lilith is more goodie-goodie and trying to be popular. So far it seems to be working. She has tons of friends… most are genuine I guess.
Me on the other hand, I’m not doing anything really interesting. Just living sums it up pretty well.
So far my hobbies include skipping school, eating, sleeping, painting, and watching TV whilst my parents are at work. Now don’t get me wrong, my grades are straight A’s; a feat not so hard to achieve. All you have to do is know the right people, or should I say, person. People love money and if you pay them the right amount, they’ll do anything. I heard the door unlock and immediately got up and took a seat at the dining room table and brought out my half done homework.
“I see you skipped again today.” Eihime says putting down her homework.
“And I see you’re still pointing that out.”
“I’m only saying this because you’re my little sister and I can’t protect you all the time Liberty. You won’t be able to go to college with your attendance looking the way it is.”
Just then Jay walked through the door letting out a sigh.
“Hey Jay, how was school?” I ask him.
“Why do you care Liberty? You’re never there.” he says in his gloomy demeanor.
“Geez Jay, I can ask can’t I?”
“Calm down you two, I don’t need mom or dad coming home to a mess nor do I need the headache.” Eihime says.
“He started it, all I did was ask–”
“I don’t care, just stop.”
“This is why I don’t talk to you guys anymore.” Jay says and goes upstairs.
“Weirdo.” I say to myself and get up.
“where are you going?” Eihime asks me.
“To paint. Nothing else to do around here.” I say.
“Hey, you know prom is coming up right? Are you going?” Ei asks.
“With whom would I even be going with?” I ask sarcastically.
“Oh yeah, you don’t talk to guys… Not that you could considering you hardly ever attend–”
“Drop it Eihime.” I say and walk away.
I spent the rest of the day painting in the room where the dogs stay. We gave up Chaos and Belle up for adoption because no matter how many times mom or dad yelled at them, they continued to tear up the house. Or it could be because there’s hardly anymore room in this house. Even Demi and Willow couldn’t get them to settle down and once puppies don’t listen to their parents, it’s time for them to go. I don’t mind it, it’s so much quieter with only Phoenix, Demi, and Willow; which gives me time to paint.

Le Author’s Note 2: It took me forever to get this chapter out with my game not cooperating with this save file and whatnot. The good thing is, I hope I’m officially back to working on this. If no more issues pop up with this save then yay! All I need to do now is work on getting a better computer for my 21st birthday lol.
